Hi … I have been associated with Breathe Yoga for the past One and a half year. The journey has been quite fulfilling. I have seen some good changes in me. Yoga has helped me to be calm and peaceful with myself. My flexibility has improved and many asanas which were a challenge before are doable now. I enjoy working out with breathe yoga. It's been 45 days since I joined here, I had thyroid (hypothyroidism) for a long time. Tried multiple workouts and diets but nothing helped me with thyroid. Initially while joining here I had 10 to 11 range of thyroid which has been reduced to 6.7 now. And dosage of my thyroid tablet has been reduced. There is visible change in loosing inches and hope to experience a lot.

A wonderful place to know what yoga is….Fatima and Aarwa are doing a mind blowing work…. I don't know how that one hour goes…..it's so interesting and so inspiring.the breathing techniques and asanas are taught very well…… Ladies who really want to get into a yoga way …. this is the perfect place to land and learn YOGA 🧘‍♀️ practice perfectly.

Best women oriented yoga class i went so far.Very good platform for new beginners and experiencing different type of approaches every singel day using prop's.Well and good freindly trainers is the best part.

I have gone through on a daily basis of yoga classes in *BREATH YOGA* for past 2 months. At the time of joining I have high value of hypothyroidism(TSH 10.7) after regular practice of yoga it really reduced to TSH-5.9.
