Our tried-and-tested program combines different practices that target all aspects of your fitness journey. It is truly yoga unplugged as we follow different routines that makes it super fun! Apart from the physical workout part, we indulge in breathwork that resets your nervous system. And wait, there’s more! We practice meditation and pranayama that is therapeutic for your mind, setting you up to conquer your everyday life!

We provide general guidance for nutrition in our programs that is easy to follow. However, if you are looking for a personalized nutrition plan for a particular goal like weight loss, we have an in-house nutritionist to curate a plan for you as an add-on plan.

Yes! We have a dedicated changing room at our studio!

No. Aerial yoga and face therapy are separate programs and not included with this program. You can enroll in multiple programs as our schedules don’t crash!
